He most recently co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of TBNG Ltd., which became Türkiye’s largest private natural-gas producer. As acquisition architect, he led the purchase of TBNG from a Canadian listed company, securing both equity and debt financing, doubling production within two years, and generating strong equity returns.
Previously, Mr. Gress held senior leadership roles with SDX, TransGlobe Energy and Devon, including Vice President of Business Development and Egypt Country Manager. He began his career at Price Waterhouse and later joined Phoenix Resources, which was sold to Apache, setting the foundation for the largest US independent operating in Egypt.

Known for his ability to generate commercial success through the drill bit, he has led high-performing subsurface teams, managed exploration risk, and built portfolios aligned with strategic corporate growth initiatives.
Most recently, he served as Director of Exploration, Egypt at Apache Corporation, leading teams of exploration and development geoscientists drilling more than 150 wells annually. In technical roles, Mr. Durocher has unlocked and created material value in an overlooked carbonate play, established a new structural play in the Western Desert, Egypt, and made the two largest onshore oil discoveries in the Gulf of Suez, Egypt over the past two decades.

He most recently served as Vice President & CFO of Commodore Offshore Operating, a Gulf of Mexico upstream contract operator. Previously, Mr. Page was CFO & Treasurer of Wishbone Energy Partners, where he and his partners built a position in the San Andres play of the Permian Basin and sold it in 2019 for $300 million to a public E&P company, generating exceptional equity returns. He began his career at Price Waterhouse, serving clients in the U.S. and Egypt before joining Apache Corporation in Cairo, where he held senior finance roles supporting rapid operational expansion.
